William Groover has been delighted with his 30 X 40 foot Union Steel workshop that sits on his property outside Chattanooga, Tennessee.
“I’ve been overall satisfied with my warehouse-like building,” says Groover who found out about Union on the Internet a couple of years ago.
“When I contacted them, they told me about this building that someone else had bought but didn’t take. I had never purchased a steel building before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Price-wise, it was a little bit higher than I wanted to go, but it seemed like I was getting a good building.”
Groover received his building on time in May 2005, having a local contractor erect it in three weeks.
“There was a little difficulty getting it off the trailer at first, but that was handled. Putting up the building was straight forward, only seemed to need a bracket for the roll-up overhead door so it would miss the beams. Other than that I have been happy with the results, and would give a referral to call Union Steel.”
