With only requesting minor upgrades to the panels, Wayne Cadle says he obtained a good deal when he bought a building from Union Steel.

“It’s great,” says Cadle.  “We’re using it for a cold storage garage for my sister’s home.  She has no complaints.”

Cadle discovered Union through a friend who told him to give him a call.

“I contacted them, and was interested in a 30 X 45 foot building, and it was what I was looking to spend.

Apart from the building being delivered early than expected in November 2005, Cadle didn’t have any complaints during the process.

“We were able to get a hold of Union’s Building Services with any questions, and those were resolved fast.  My brother-in-law put up the building since it was for him and my sister.  They had no problems reading the blueprints.  They did it sporadically for over a month, and it’s been up since December 2005.  It’s been great.  I would give a referral.”
